01 — Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to vitaliti.world and related communications with Vitaliti World, LLC (“Vitaliti,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. Using this site does not create a services engagement.

02 — The company

Vitaliti World, LLC owns and builds CyberKnockouts, a firm for martial arts academy owners with set packages, and Ambitio, software for founder-led teams of 1–15. Vitaliti is the team that builds both and sets how each is built and run. This website does not offer consultancy, advisory, or custom project engagements.

If a separate written agreement exists, that agreement controls over these Terms for the subject matter it covers.

03 — Brands

CyberKnockouts (cyberknockouts.com) and Ambitio (useambitio.com) are brands Vitaliti owns and operates. Purchases, subscriptions, and customer support on those sites are governed by the terms published there, not by these Terms. A link from vitaliti.world does not make those terms these Terms.

04 — Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our communications channels for spam, abuse, or unlawful purposes.

05 — Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and materials on vitaliti.world are owned by Vitaliti or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership of work under a separate written agreement, if any, is governed by that agreement.

06 — Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitaliti disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding informational content on this site.

07 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitaliti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. If a separate written agreement exists, liability under that agreement is limited as that agreement states.

08 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes relating to this website lies in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota.
